Wear the bra you’re planning to wear with your dress when taking this – Waist (2): Run tape around the natural waistline, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. *Tips: Bend to one side to find a natural indentation in the torso. This is your natural waist. The waist is above the belly button just below the rib cage – Hips (3): This is a measurement around the fullest part of your buttocks. Wrap tape around the fullest part of your hips, which is usually 7-9″ below your natural waistline.
